CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion
The CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion project is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Bringing together some of the world’s leading companies and business organizations, its goal is to leverage individual and collective voices to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Karenjo Goodwin, Founder and CEO of Exact Staff, has joined over 450 other companies in signing the project’s CEO Pledge. The pledge states: 1) We will continue to make our workplaces trusting places to have complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion; 2) We will implement and expand unconscious bias education; 3) We will share best and unsuccessful practices.
